Our services
pERSONAL tRAINING FOr Golf
One on one training designed specifically for your swing. We call this the “Bulletproof” program. This starts with our “Smash Evaluation Session” : 30 min on the “Smash Bay” & 30 min completing the TPI movement screen. We will then design a custom program based on your needs and the volume of training we decide is appropriate. This may be speed focused or pain free golf focused or both.
Speed is king group classes
If you want to hit the ball further then this is your workout. 4 components in each session. Dynamic stretching, Rotational exercises, Strength Training and HIIT style conditioning. Everything relates to your swing. We are chasing ball speed. Come join us. This starts with our free “No Sweat Intro Session”
Foresight Golf Simulator bay
Powered by Foresight Sports our 13’x 10′ professional Golf Simulator Bay is available for practice sessions, Foreball screen golf with your buddies and full venue party rentals. 100’s of courses to choose from. The “Smash Bay” will also be used to evaluate, test and re test all Smash Factor athletes.
Personal training for fitness
With over 30,000 coaching hours Chris Harrison is an expert in all style of fitness. He has worked with over 10,000 athletes in his 17 year career. He has helped professional athletes in multiple sports but most importantly he’s helped countless athletes prologue their quality of life by moving better, getting stronger and increasing their stamina.
Non Sweat intro session
All Smash Factor golfers start here. 30 min session done at the studio (preferred) or over the phone. We will get a feel for what is happening your game currently and decide what the right program is for you.
Smash Evalution session
This is a 1 hour session. We start on the “Smash Bay” to get a good look at what’s currently happening with your golf swing. We then complete the TPI mobility screen to see what areas we need to improve upon plus a few Smash specific exercises for us to get a baseline on.
